‘The Complete UCC’

“The Complete UCC” is a one day program designed to give attendees a solid working knowledge of the meaning of the text of the Code as well as a methodology for approaching and effectively dealing with UCC cases.  Further, the program is structured in a manner which provides a framework for gaining a high level of expertise on Uniform Commercial Code matters. The program works attendees through all of the Articles of the UCC dealing with goods and payment systems.  The 576 slide Power Point is structured along the lines in which sections are activated in a typical transaction within each Article, which makes gaining a basic understanding much easier.  When these sections are linked together, the attendee will have a basic road map for moving through the Uniform Commercial Code with a high level of understanding and confidence.
